How the 14-day right of withdrawal applies depends on what you purchased. In every case you expressly ask us, at checkout, to start providing the service immediately.
Monthly subscriptionA digital service: your 14-day right of withdrawal stays in place. If you withdraw within 14 days of a payment, that payment is refunded; you owe a proportional amount for the time already used.
One-time purchaseSupplied as digital content with immediate access: your 14-day right of withdrawal applies until first use — it ends once you have watched a video in the Academy or have been in a channel for more than 24 hours after joining.
Cancellation (separate)You can cancel a subscription anytime in your dashboard; this stops future charges but is not a refund.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) that you withdraw from your contract, or use the model form below. We will confirm and process any refund within 14 days.

Legal basis: § 18 FAGG / §§ 356 ff. BGB, Art. 16 Directive 2011/83/EU. A monthly subscription is a digital service (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 1 FAGG / § 356 Abs 4 BGB) for which the right of withdrawal persists during the term; a one-time fully-delivered purchase is digital content (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG / § 356 Abs 5 BGB) for which it lapses once provision begins.
